Delivery

We send all parcels by Royal Mail and currently only post to UK addresses.

We aim to deliver items within 3-5 working days of receiving your order and post using the following services:

Orders up to £20.00 posted in a gift pouch or small stud earring box – Royal Mail First Class £1.15

Orders up to £50.00 posted in a gift box – Signed For® 1st Class  £4.70

Orders over £50.00 – Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class – FREE

Orders over £75.00 – Special Delivery – FREE

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm® is offered on all orders at £6.70 (Free for orders over £75.00)

You will need to sign on receiving the delivery.  This will be used as proof of delivery.  Please make sure that the address you provide us is secure and that you are able to sign on receipt.

Please make sure that you inspect the package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.  Please note, once your item(s) have been dispatched, they are no longer the responsibility of De’paul Jewellery Ltd.

 

Collect from store

If you select Collect in Store, we will contact you by email or telephone to let you know that your order is ready. Collect in store is free of charge. Total estimated delivery time 1-2 working days.

Please bring the credit card you used online to pay for the goods and because of the nature of the goods ordered, we will also ask you for a form of photographic ID. Unfortunately we will be unable to give you the order without any of these forms of ID.

 


Returns

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will accept returns of unworn items, as long as they are in the original packaging within 30 days of the date on receipt.  Your rights to return goods are protected under the Consumer Contracts Regulations – June 2014.

Please Note:

the following items are not eligible for return:

  • earrings and pierced jewellery
  • rings that are made/altered to your size
  • bespoke items, made to order items
  • engraved or personalised jewellery

Return postage and packaging charges are non-refundable unless goods are faulty. 

In the unlikely event that your purchase arrives faulty, please contact us immediately.

De’paul Jewellery Ltd cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged on their return to us, so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.

We aim to process the refund within 10 working days of receipt of the returned item(s) All refunds will be made by the same method of the original payment.

In Store Returns

The right to a refund only applies to purchases made via our website unless an item is faulty. For in-store purchases we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note as long as the jewellery is in a resalable condition, accompanied by a valid receipt and is returned to us within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons we cannot exchange pierced earrings.
